Sale Schedule

🛍️ Thursday – Presale (Adults Only)

  • 7:00 PM – Entry for volunteers with 2 shifts (or Saturday shift)
  • 7:30 PM – Entry for volunteers with 1 shift

🛒 Friday – Public Sale

  • 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

💸 Saturday – Final Sale Day

  • 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM Many items marked half price!

Drop Off & Pick Up Procedures

Getting your items to and from the sale is easy — we’ve designed the process to be quick, organized, and stress-free. Whether you’re dropping off or picking up, just follow the steps below to ensure everything goes smoothly. If you’re prepared ahead of time, the entire process takes less than 45 minutes.

Drop-Off Instructions

📦 Drop-Off Day: Thursday (by appointment only) between 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

What to Expect

  • Drive to the back of Building B and park.
  • Check in at the table and sign required paperwork (including recall affidavit).
  • Volunteers will inspect your items. Unacceptable items (stains, recalls, out-of-season) will be returned.
  • You’ll place your clothing on racks by size and gender.
  • Deliver toys and baby gear to the correct rooms.

⏱ Drop-off takes approximately 30 minutes. Be sure your items are organized and tagged before you arrive.

Drop-Off Instructions

📦 Saturday Afternoon Pick-Up (same-day after sale ends):

  • 2:00–2:30 PM: Consignor numbers 0000–4999
  • 2:30–3:00 PM: Consignor numbers 5000–9999

Pick-Up Checklist:

  • Check the stained/lost tag racks
  • Collect all unsold items from the designated area
  • Look in the large item section for strollers, bikes, etc.

All items not picked up by 3:00 PM will be donated. Donation receipts will be available on your consignor homepage after the sale.

Payment & Donation Info

  • 💰 Consignor checks will be mailed or sent home in your child’s preschool bag within 2 weeks.
  • 🧾 Donation receipts for tax purposes will be available online through your Consignor Homepage:

This is where everything comes together — from drop-off to pick-up and everything in between. Below are answers to the most common questions about sale day logistics, so you’ll know exactly what to expect and how to prepare.

All drop-off, shopping, and pick-up takes place at Roswell United Methodist Church, Building B . Follow signs to the back entrance.

Usually around 45 minutes. Having everything sorted, tagged, and hung before arriving will save time. Please save about an hour of time to be safe to drop off your items!

Yes — just be sure they know your consignor number and understand the process. They’ll need to check the lost/stained tag racks and large item area.

Anything not retrieved by 3:00 PM on Saturday will be donated to the Foster Care Support Foundation.

Checks are either mailed or sent home in your child’s preschool bag within approximately two weeks of the sale.
